Typically, orders placed through the website are accepted 24/7. Orders received before 12:00 PM on the current day are shipped on the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM on the current day are shipped on the following day. Orders received on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are processed on the nearest Monday.

Bonus loyalty system.
As part of the loyalty program, the site operates a bonus points system that includes an accumulation and settlement part.
The accumulation part allows registered customers of the online store "Lukas" to accumulate bonus points to their personal account on the online store's website for each completed order. Bonus points are credited to the personal account of a client registered on the online store's website "Lukas" immediately after the client's order status changes to "Completed" (usually within 24 hours). The validity period of the accrued bonus points is 30 days from the date of accrual. The amount of accrual for each purchased product in the categories is: Sweets - 3% of the cost of each product in the basket;
Croissants - 2% of the cost of each product in the basket ;
Cookies - 3% of the cost of each product in the basket.
The payment part allows registered customers of the online store "Lukas" to partially pay for their purchase with accumulated bonus points. The number of bonus points available for debiting when placing an order is no more than 10% of the total order amount in the cart.
Bonus points are not awarded for items with a promotional price.
Items with a promotional price are not included in the total order amount for using bonus points as a discount.
Terms of product delivery.
The cost of delivery is paid by the customer according to the terms of the "Nova Poshta" delivery service.
Using "Nova Poshta" to the nearest branch. In the case of ordering address delivery, the customer is responsible for the cost of delivery from the branch to the specified address.
Delivery timeframes and schedules are regulated by delivery service.
If the order list includes a product from the "Cakes and Pastries" category, the delivery time of the order may be extended by one day, excluding weekends.
Terms of delivery abroad Delivery abroad is carried out at the rates of the Nova Post international delivery operator
Delivery is made to the recipient's address or to a branch in the countries where the international delivery operator Nova Post is present.

Payment for customs brokerage services and customs duties is made by the recipient in the country of destination. The amount of customs duties is determined by the legislation of the country of destination depending on the content and invoice value of the shipment, as well as the category of the client: individual or legal entity.
In some cases, there may be a delay in sending the order for 1-2 days due to verification of electronic invoices by the delivery operator Nova Post, which may take 1-2 days.
Return policy.
In accordance with Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection'," food products of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return.
